Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use this website or make a booking, how we use it, and the rights you have. We act as the data controller for this information.
1. What we collect
- Booking details you provide: full name, email address, phone/WhatsApp, chosen bungalow, dates, number of guests, and any special requests.
- Technical data collected automatically for security and performance (e.g. IP address, browser type). We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
2. How and why we use it
- To process and confirm your reservation and communicate about it (performance of a contract).
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations (legal obligation).
- To keep the site secure and prevent fraud (legitimate interest).
3. Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. We share it only with our booking partner and property-management provider to manage your reservation, and — where relevant — the on-site team. Online payment, if taken, is handled directly by a third-party payment provider; we do not store card details.
4. Data retention
We keep booking data for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal/accounting requirements, then delete or anonymise it.
5. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, object to certain processing, or ask for a copy. Email info@greenpoya.com. If you are in the EU/EEA you may also complain to your local data protection authority.
6. Security & international transfers
Data is stored on secure, access-controlled infrastructure with encryption in transit (HTTPS). As our providers may operate outside Indonesia, your data may be processed in other countries under appropriate safeguards.
Booking Terms
By making a reservation you agree to these terms.
1. Bookings & rates
Rates are shown per night and may exclude local taxes and service charges where indicated. A booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation.
2. Payment
Payment terms are shown during booking. Where online payment is offered, it is processed securely by our payment partner. We never store your card details.
3. Rescheduling & Cancellation
Bookings may be rescheduled free of charge up to 7 days before check-in, subject to the prevailing rate and availability. Cancellations and no-shows are charged in accordance with the rate booked.
4. Check-in, house rules & guests
Check-in/out times, occupancy limits and house rules apply to each bungalow and are communicated on booking. The lead guest is responsible for the whole party.
5. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
